Media & Brand Associate (Founding Role)

The Opportunity

I’m building a media brand at the intersection of health, leadership, and technology, alongside an established allied-health business (Access to Therapy) and a new clinical app currently in development.

I’m looking for one driven person, early in their career, who wants to grow with this from the ground up andβ€”if they prove themselvesβ€”become the lead operator responsible for the media function across all three entities.

This is a founding role. You’ll work directly with me, solve problems, and take on increasing responsibility as you go.

Location & Logistics

  • Work from Home: General tasks and editing can be done remotely.

  • In-Person Recording: You must be able to travel to Springfield for recording sessions (podcasts and founder-led content).

  • Hours: 10–16 hours per week to start, with clear pathways to increase based on performance and impact.

What you’ll focus on first (Months 1–3)

Your initial priority is executing a podcast launch and supporting the development of a key person of influence brand. You will be responsible for:

  • Production: Setting up the recording space in Springfield (lighting, audio, workflow).

  • Workflow Design: Finalising decisions on video capture and using AI-driven tools like Descript, Flightcast, and Riverside for efficient distribution.

  • Guest Management: Coordinating and following up with podcast guests.

  • Content Creation: Editing long-form and short-form video; writing clean, human captions for LinkedIn and YouTube (no fluff).

  • Strategy: Tracking what’s working and adjusting based on data.

You aren't expected to be a master of everything yet. We are looking for a baseline skill set in a few of these areas and the high-agency ability to rapidly learn the others.

Remuneration & Progression

  • Rate: $33 per hour.

  • Growth: Modest initial pay with a clear pathway to increase as you take on more responsibility.

  • Milestones: We will conduct a formal performance and compensation review at the 6-month mark based on agreed-upon milestones related to the podcast launch and content growth.
