Access To Therapy provides Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Early Childhood Intervention Teaching.
We provide these services face-to-face across Brisbane West and the Ipswich region, as well as telehealth services across Australia.
NDIS Clients
Access To Therapy currently accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
NDIS services are provided in accordance with the applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Your individual service agreement and schedule of supports will outline the services, appointment arrangements and applicable fees before services commence.
NDIS services may include both direct time spent with the participant or family and agreed indirect or non-face-to-face (NF2F) work. This may include preparation, documentation, reports, case conferencing and travel where applicable.
Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy appointments are available in different formats depending on the participant's needs and goals.

Short Physiotherapy Appointment
Physiotherapy NDIS fees are calculated using a rate of $193.99 per hour. The short appointment includes 30 minutes face-to-face time and 15 minutes of non-face-to-face (NF2F) time.

Formal assessments, including assessments such as Speech and Language or a Sensory Profile, may include additional fees for scoring and reporting where applicable.

- Reports: Reports for NDIS purposes are available upon request and will be discussed with you before proceeding.

- Formal Assessments: Fees are estimated individually depending on the assessment requested.
- Initial School Observations: Available upon request.
Mobile NDIS Services
Where services are provided in homes, schools, day care or kindy, applicable provider travel costs may be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Please refer to your service agreement and schedule for details of any travel and other applicable charges.

Private Clients
Private clients are responsible for payment of their appointment fees at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed with Access To Therapy.

Mobile Private Services
Assessments and appointments provided in homes, schools, day care or kindy may attract a $50 call-out fee.
Medicare & Private Health Insurance
Can I receive a Medicare rebate?
Some Medicare-funded services may be available to eligible patients when the appropriate Medicare requirements are met. Eligibility and rebate amounts depend on the relevant Medicare program, referral and individual circumstances.
Please speak with your GP or Medicare to confirm whether you are eligible and what rebate may apply to your circumstances.
Can I claim through private health insurance?
If your private health insurance policy includes appropriate extras cover for the service you receive, you may be able to claim a rebate through your insurer.
You will generally need to pay your invoice first and then make the claim directly with your private health insurer. The amount you can claim depends on your individual policy and remaining annual limits.
