Access to Therapy is growing.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with at least 18 months of clinical experience who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong multidisciplinary support β€” without giving up connection to a high-performing team.

This is not a junior role.

  • Work on your terms – flexible days and structure

  • Established referral streams (NDIS, private, clinic & community)

  • Administrative support

  • Clinic space in Springfield Central

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration

  • Opportunity to work alongside and receive clinical input from Dr Victoria Sandham (Clinical Lead, PhD)
