Access to Therapy is growing.
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with at least 18 months of clinical experience who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong multidisciplinary support β without giving up connection to a high-performing team.
This is not a junior role.
This is for a clinician who can manage their own caseload, think critically, and is ready to take ownership of their work.

Financial Transparency
This role pays:
65% of your billables (inclusive of super).
You generate your income based on your clinical output.
We provide the referrals, systems, clinic space, and operational structure.

Requirements
SPA membership
Eligible for Medicare & private health registration
NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
Queensland Blue Card
Driverβs licence
Minimum 18 months post-graduate clinical experience
