$5,000 Interstate Relocation Bonus (Pro Rata)

Access to Therapy is growing — and we are inviting an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric allied health team.
We support children and young people aged 0–16 years across clinic, schools, early learning settings and the community throughout Greater Ipswich.
This is a salaried position with flexibility around FTE, supervision structure and clinical focus.

$5,000 Interstate Relocation Bonus (Pro Rata)
For clinicians relocating from interstate to join our team, we offer a $5,000 relocation bonus to help support the move to the Greater Ipswich region.
The bonus is structured as follows (pro rata to your FTE):
$1,000 in your first pay
$2,000 at 3 months
$2,000 at 6 months
Examples:
1.0 FTE = $5,000
0.8 FTE = $4,000
0.5 FTE = $2,500
This staged structure helps support relocation costs while ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Salary
Salary is negotiated based on experience and clinical capability.
We are seeking clinicians with:
Minimum 18 months experience in speech pathology practice
Paediatric experience highly regarded
We value clinical reasoning, independence, and the ability to manage a caseload confidently.
The Role
You will:
Deliver paediatric speech pathology services (0–16 years)
Provide assessment, therapy and report writing under NDIS and private funding
Work across clinic, school and community settings
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, Early Childhood Teachers)
Contribute to outcome-focused care
Clinical areas may include:
Language development
Speech sound disorders
Early literacy
Social communication
AAC
Functional communication

Essential Requirements
Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Eligibility for Medicare provider number
Minimum 18 months clinical experience
Driver’s licence and willingness to work across community settings
