Speech Pathologist
CPSP, B Sp Path (Hons I), PhD
She is a published author in peer reviewed journals on the topic of autism and translational research, and a speaker at national speech pathology conferences. She is a guest lecturer in tertiary speech pathology courses and has a track record of supervision of speech pathology students, allied health assistants and early-career clinicians.
Victoria’s professional interest is in complex care. People who experience co-occurring and chronic health conditions or neurodevelopmental disability, require integrated care across services and skilled professionals in multiple clinical specialties. It is Victoria’s ambition to provide exceptional, integrated, and holistic care for people with complex needs and this ambition is reflected in her proactive approach to gaining diverse clinical skills: she has experience providing swallowing and communication services across the lifespan in acute and primary care settings. She is currently employed in a clinical–research–education role with the Queensland Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability and Autism Health. She demonstrates her commitment to exceptional care by applying her research skills to translating evidence into clinical and supervisory settings.
Clinical Experience
Clinically, her workplace experience is diverse: she has experience working in neonatal, paediatrics, school-aged and adult caseloads; in tertiary hospitals providing intensive care, acute, and outpatient services. She also has significant clinical experience working in the private practice sector with adults with congenital disabilities and in infant and paediatric services. In the private practice setting Victoria’s service models included home, schools, child-care centres and clinic-based services in both regional and rural areas. Victoria has provided both communication and dysphagia/mealtimes services in all of her clinical roles.
Professional Training
Victoria has completed post-graduate training inclusive of the following: Sequential Oral Sensory approach to feeding (foundation and advanced), Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (AAC), Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Key Skills of Family Therapy, Learn to Play Therapy, Using and interpreting Sensory Profiles in clinical practice, Easy English training.

Senior Occupational Therapist
I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. In-between a few years off with my babies, I worked with young children who have disabilities, within their schooling context. As a paediatric OT, I understand children within the developmental framework, but also consider their unique sensory, motor and psycho-social characteristics.
I love to help children overcome challenges; to develop, improve, or regain the skills they need for everyday activities.
My Role
My role here is to partner with you, to create a safe space for your family to navigate the next steps on the therapy journey, to advocate for you, problem solve with you, to empower and equip you to set and attain your goals. Our sessions together will be individualised, harnessing strengths and addressing specific needs through purposeful discussions and targeted activities.

Senior Early Childhood Intervention Teacher
I have 22 years of experience in Special Needs and Inclusion programs within Education Queensland. I am hoping to bring this experience and knowledge into the homes, kindies, daycare and schools to children within Access to Therapy. Throughout my extensive career, I have performed various roles, including Advisory Visiting Teacher (Inclusion) and Statewide Verifier-ASD, where I have consistently achieved high student outcomes and engagement.
I possess a robust knowledge of school systems and practices, enabling me to effectively develop and deliver a wide range of targeted intervention programs for early years students.
My proficiency in communication programs, such as Colourful Semantics, Boardmaker, and PECS, as well as Social Language programs like Zones of Regulation and Social Storying, showcases my versatility and commitment to supporting diverse learner needs. I endeavor to have a collaborative approach; I am highly experienced in working within educational teams to develop best practice outcomes. My extensive understanding of school processes, including planning and student transitions, further underscores my capability in providing comprehensive support.
My role
In my role at Access to Therapy, I work as part of the Integrated Speech and Language Program in close collaboration with our skilled Speech Therapist. I also work alongside our Occupational Therapist to focus on emotional regulation, fine motor development, and school readiness for children with developmental delays or disabilities. My goal is to provide comprehensive support that empowers each child to thrive.

Senior Early Childhood Intervention Teacher
As a wife, mum to four, and a qualified Early Childhood Intervention Teacher with a Bachelor of Special Education, I’m passionate about supporting families like yours. I have been a Special Education teacher since 2006, working across a variety of educational settings with children who have diverse needs both in Australia and abroad.
MY ROLE
My services focus on helping children transition smoothly to school and ensuring they can access learning in their early primary years. Through engaging, individualised sessions, I work closely with families to develop key skills such as communication, social interaction, and early academics. Whether preparing for school or navigating early primary education, my goal is to partner with families to empower each child to thrive in their learning journey.

Early Childhood Intervention Teacher
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Specialising in Early Childhood) that I proudly completed in 2016. Since then, I have dedicated my career to making a difference in the lives of young children, working for the Department of Education in South Australia. I have experience in childcare, stand-alone kindergartens and school-based preschools. I have embraced leadership roles, where I have successfully guided and mentored fellow educators, implemented innovative teaching strategies, and contributed to the development of a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Balancing a career in education with motherhood has given me a unique perspective and strengthened my commitment to supporting young children. As a mum of two, I understand the joys and challenges of parenting, which helps me to connect with families and create empathetic, tailored interventions for each child's needs.
My role
As an Early Childhood Intervention Teacher, I am deeply committed to nurturing and empowering young children to reach their fullest potential. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I collaborate with families, therapists, and other educators to create inclusive, enriching play-based learning experiences to support children’s development across all learning domains.

Speech Pathologist
Alexis is a passionate and experienced speech pathologist dedicated to supporting children and their families. She has worked across the lifespan in private practice, which has provided her with the opportunity to support children of varying ages, abilities, and developmental profiles.
She has completed additional training in the Hanen It Takes Two to Talk program, the SOS Approach to Feeding, Read3, and Learn to Play: Foundational—enhancing her ability to deliver holistic and evidence-based intervention.
In her role at Access to Therapy, Alexis is committed to providing therapy that is both evidence-based and family-centred. She strongly believes that building meaningful relationships with families is key to ensuring that sessions are functional, engaging, and tailored to each child's unique needs.

Speech Pathology Assistant
Abi is a Speech Pathology Assistant in her final semester of Speech Pathology, bringing energy and dedication to her role. A Springfield local, Abi works across the Ipswich region as well as in our centre at YMCA Springfield Central. Known for her warm and welcoming approach, she connects easily with children and families, creating a positive and supportive therapy environment. Abi is passionate about making a meaningful difference for the families she supports.

Mikey is a Speech Pathology Assistant currently completing his studies at the University of Queensland, with graduation set for 2025. A proud local of the Ipswich region, Mikey brings both professional skill and personal understanding to his work. As a dad with a young family, he connects naturally with children and families, creating a supportive and engaging environment for therapy. Mikey is passionate about delivering access, empathy, and hope to a community that deserves greater access to quality speech pathology services.
Who is the founder?
Hi, I’m CALLUM TREVORROW.
Previously a Director of a Hospital, Callum has spent his career providing opportunities for the community to access healthcare. The need in the community has compelled him to put leading a hospital on hold to help set up Access to Therapy.
Callum enjoys life with his wife and four children. He loves going for bike rides and reading books with his children who are the inspiration for this service.
A member of a local community with long waiting times for Speech Pathology, Callum was motivated to make a difference in children’s lives by linking them with experienced clinicians and teachers from across Australia.
Callum holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and post-graduate qualifications in Business Leadership.
